They devoted themselves to
the apostles’ teaching and to the fellowship, to the breaking of
bread and to prayer. Everyone was filled
with awe, and many wonders and miraculous signs were done by the
apostles. All the believers were together and had
everything in common. Selling their possessions and goods,
they gave to anyone as he had need. Every day they
continued to meet together in the temple courts. They broke
bread in their homes and ate together with glad and sincere
hearts, praising God and enjoying the favor of all the
people. And the Lord added to their number daily those who were
being saved.

Vision of Small
Groups:
Small Groups assist the mission of Clay Center Covenant Church
by encouraging the pursuit of radical joy in Jesus Christ
through discipleship (Faith), biblical friendship (Love),
and mission (Hope). We have a variety of small
groups currently meeting.
Please contact Pastoral Assistant Bob
Stratton (632-5653) for more information.
Our small groups are centered on 3 core values: |
|
Core Value #1 -
Discipleship (faith)
We envision our members pursuing radical joy by growing in their
knowledge of Jesus Christ through a biblically based,
Christ-focused curriculum.
(Acts 2:42-43)
|
 |
|
 |
Core Value #2
– Biblical Friendship (love)
We envision our members pursuing radical joy through pursuing
Acts 2 fellowship.
(Acts 2:44-46)
|
|
Core Value #3
– Mission (hope)
We envision our members pursuing radical joy by being further
equipped for God’s mission in the world through leadership
development, group multiplication, outreach and service
opportunities.
(Acts 2:47) |
